My Optus app
Yes, You can check your Optus Prepaid balance in the My Optus app.
Launch the My Optus app.
From the bottom left corner of your display, select the service tab.
Here you’ll see your remaining data balance and credit expiry date.
Open the app > tab the ‘service’ tab
If you can’t see your balance it may because you haven’t logged in. Tap the phone icon on the top left corner of the app. Fill in your My Account details. Then you will see your Optus Balance.
You can view your balance and expiry date in My Account.
To view your Optus Prepaid balance in My Account, log in and select your service number from the dashboard.

Login to My Account
From your Dashboard, select your Prepaid Mobile Broadband service number.
Here, you’ll see your service summary which includes your remaining data balance and credit expiry date.
Text the word ‘bal’ to 9999 to receive an SMS with your Prepaid account balance.
To hear your Prepaid balance over the phone, call 555 from your mobile phone and choose ‘Option 1’.
